How We Train Together: Every session is designed just for you. Your workouts will be tailored to your fitness level and goals, with safe modifications along the way so you’re challenged without ever feeling overwhelmed. I’ll check in regularly, track your progress, and provide guidance on nutrition and recovery to keep you moving toward your strongest, healthiest self.

Your Training Outfit: Choose clothes you feel comfortable moving in, and supportive athletic shoes are recommended to keep you steady and safe.

Pre-Workout Nutrition: Fuel up about an hour before your session with a light snack that balances carbs and protein. 

Your Session Essentials: Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. You might also want to have a light snack on hand for after your session.
