How often should I train?

It depends on your goals, experience, and schedule. Optimal training is 2–3 times per week. This frequency gives most clients the best balance of consistency, progress, and recovery.

Your Training Outfit: Choose clothes you feel comfortable moving in, and supportive athletic shoes are recommended to keep you steady and safe.

Pre-Workout Nutrition: Fuel up about an hour before your session with a light snack that balances carbs and protein. 

Your Session Essentials: Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. You might also want to have a light snack on hand for after your session.
